12 hours advance notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed in full.
Enjoy our spacious co-ed aromatic steam room with cold plunge shower,
complimentary with any spa treatment.
Please note that any heat treatments and some spa facilities are not suitable
for Mother's to be. We highly recommend that you consult with your
doctor prior to your spa visit.
Luxurious robes, slippers, and personal lockers are provided for your use
during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to
leave in. We also suggest bringing a bathing suit if you plan on using our
co-ed aromatic steam room. Valuable items should be left at home or the
office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others
such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your
treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any
heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific
contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates.
All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa concierge will be
happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all
of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception
area.
All gift certificate sales are final. However, products returned within 7
days with receipt will be issued a full refund. Boutique credit will be
issued for products returned within 7 days without a receipt.
